1. I cannot delete my payment method/account from the Q-Park app.
To ensure payment security, you can only delete your payment method and account 56 days after your last parking transaction.
By keeping the payment method/account for a certain period of time, we reduce the risk of incomplete or unrecoverable payments for our services.
We understand that this can sometimes be inconvenient, but this measure helps us to provide a safe and reliable service.

2. I cannot link my payment method in the Q-Park app.
You have reached the maximum number of accounts for this payment method. It appears that this payment method is already linked to an account. Log in to your old account and delete the payment method via your profile. Do you no longer need this account? Then delete your entire account under Settings.
Are you unable to remove your payment method from your old account? Please contact our Customer Service Centre.
3. I cannot add my licence plate number.
Either your licence plate number is already stored in another app account and must first be deleted in this account before you can add it, or you have already reached the maximum number of stored licence plates. A maximum of 3 licence plates can be added to the licence plate list per parking right. Please delete licence plates first before adding the new licence plate.
