Park stress-free and contactless with the Q-Park app

Stress-free, easy and fast parking - who wouldn't want that? Thanks to the Q-Park app, this is now possible!

With the Q-Park app you can park in selected underground car parks, multi-storey car parks and Q-Park car parks across Europe - cashless, contactless and without a paper ticket. Download the app and start parking with us now, stress-free and uncomplicated!

Note: please note that the app can currently only be used in selected park facilities. In the map function of the app you can see the properties where the app is usable. More facilities will follow shortly.

Everything is digital You can drive into and out of our selected parking facilities using your number plate. Thanks to the Q-Park app, you no longer need a paper ticket, but use your number plate as a means of entry and exit.

Cashless thanks to Q-Park Pay You will never again have to stand in line at the pay station and pay there with small change. With "Q-Park Pay" in the Q-Park app, you pay automatically after your parking transaction. The costs are automatically debited from your specified payment method after you exit. So you can skip the queue at the pay machine and save precious time.

Overview of your parking transactions In the Q-Park app you will also find an overview of your parking transactions. You can have a monthly overview sent to you automatically by e-mail if you select the "Monthly overview" function in the app.

In Germany and across Europe Q-Park Pay in the Q-Park app can be used in some Q-Park properties in Germany, in almost all in the Netherlands and in all in Belgium. Other park properties in Germany as well as other European countries such as France, Denmark and England will follow shortly.

Also useful for long-term parkers Do you already have a Q-Park season ticket? Then link your long-term parking product to your number plate in the Q-Park app. This allows you to drive in and out easily with number plate recognition and you no longer need a haptic long-term parking card.

How it works

Would you like to benefit from the advantages of the Q-Park app? In 4 simple steps you can use "Q-Park Pay" in the Q-Park App.

Step 1: Find out the access data for your "My Q-Park account". If you are a long-term parker and do not have an online account, please contact our customer service before taking any further steps. New customers are welcome to register.

Step 2: Download the Q-Park app from the respective store. You can download the app here:

Step 3: Log in to the app with your existing Q-Park account. Long-term parking products are automatically transferred to the app when you log in to the app with your existing Q-Park account with which you have subscribed to your long-term parking product.

Step 4 (for long-term parkers only): Select your long-term parking product and enter your licence plate number.

Step 4/5: Activate the Q-Park Pay function and add your payment method so that you can park contactless and stress-free at Q-Park throughout Europe. (Optional for long-term parkers)
