🔹 From 4 pm: Closure of the city moat (underground car park still accessible).
🔹 5 pm - 5:45 pm: Road closures for the run, no more entry possible, exit still permitted.
🔹 5:45 pm - approx. 6:15 pm: Complete closure, no entry or exit possible.
🔹 From 6:15 pm: Exit possible again, entry still blocked.
🔹 Approx. 7 pm: Closure lifted, normal use of the underground car park possible again.
