Request video recordings

As part of investigations, it is possible to request video recordings from our camera system. Please note that the storage period before the video recordings are overwritten is usually 120 hours as well as our data protection declaration, which you can read at https://www.q-park.de/en-en/datenschutz/. Please fill out all information in as much detail as possible to ensure that your request can be processed quickly and easily. Please also understand that, for data protection reasons, video material or information about it can only be released to authorities as part of an investigation. As a result, we cannot release these to private individuals.
