Can I always drive in and out during my reserved parking time?
In principle, "booking and reserving" means that you can only enter and leave once during the booked period. You can also see this in our General Terms and Conditions. Multiple entries and exits are only possible if we indicate this separately. -
Is it possible to change the number plate given at the time of booking?
Yes, you have the option to change your number plate up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation by clicking on the corresponding button in your booking confirmation email.

Can I change/extend my reservation afterwards?
No, an extention of your prebooked time frame is unfortunately not possible. If you have booked the cancellation option, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior the start of the reservation. You then can make a new reservation for your preferred time.

How does the payment method " instant bank transfer " work at Q-Park?
The " instant bank transfer " payment method is a fast and convenient way to pay your parking fees online. You enter your bank details on the secure payment page, confirm the transaction and the payment is made directly from your bank account. This enables a smooth and secure cashless payment for your parking services at Q-Park.

Can I enter the parking garage even after the arrival time I specified in the booking?
Yes, as long as you are within your booked time slot, you can easily enter the parking garage even after your booked arrival time.

Can I cancel my booked parking space?
To cancel your parking space, you must add the cancellation option to your reservation. The cancellation option is available at the time of booking if the start date of your reservation is 15 days in the future.

How is the cancellation fee calculated?
The cancellation fee is 15% from your booking price.

What is the cancellation option?
If you add this option, you have the possibility to cancel your reservation up to one hour before the park starts and you will receive 100% of the purchase price back. Without this option, your reservation cannot be cancelled or changed afterwards.

I have reserved a parking space, how do I find it in the parking facility?
You have free choice of parking space. Some parking spaces may be marked with a RESERVIERT - SIGN. These parking spaces belong to long-term parkers and are not to be used!

Can I reserve a parking space in advance?
You can easily reserve a parking space in advance on our homepage. Here you enter the location of your choice, followed by the desired date and time. All options, including prices, will be filtered for you so you can find the best deal for you.

Note: It is not yet possible to reserve a parking space at all Q-Park parking properties.

Can I park on the 2nd day of the reservation (x-day rail tariffs) and leave one day later?
One-time entry is possible during the entire reservation period. However, please ensure that the reservation time is not changed by a ‘late’ entry.
Example: if you have booked the 3-day rail fare from Monday, it will be available from 00:00 on Monday until 23:59 on Wednesday. If you only arrive on Tuesday, the departure time will still be Wednesday 23:59 at the latest and will not be extended.If you park for longer, you will incur additional costs to the daily rates. These will be automatically debited from the payment method you used to make your booking.
