With the Q-Park 7x24 subscription, you can park in your selected parking facility around the clock, seven days a week, and benefit from guaranteed entry into the parking facility. Even if it is indicated as "occupied" for short-term parkers, you can still enter and find a free space to park your car.

By clicking on the respective object, you will be forwarded directly to the booking mask. Here you can choose your desired start date of the subscription. Then you have the possibility to select and book the product: 7x24 Aktion: 1. Monat gratis / 6 Monate Bindung.

This is how it works When you sign your contract, we will give you a card to enter and exit your chosen parking facility. Simply hold the card up to the sensors (red boxes) located directly at the parking facility and the entrances. However, you can park much more comfortably with the remote control*, which enables convenient entry and exit at the touch of a button - without having to open the window! In addition to the remote control, you will receive a coded key fob for all entrances to the parking facility.

*The purchase price is 39,- Euro. Please ask our service team whether the remote control is available in your selected parking facility.

This offer is only valid for new customers; business customers are excluded from the promotion. The promotion is only valid when taking out a 7x24 subscription with a minimum term of 6 months in one of the selected properties until 30.04.2022. Other properties and subscriptions are excluded. What happens to my season ticket if there has been a change of operator?

Please use the contact form and select the reason "Takeover in the event of a change of operator". Our customer service team will contact you.
I am interested in a season ticket. How can I book one?

You can book a season ticket directly via our online shop. If no long-term parking product is available, you can be placed on the waiting list. Use the following contact form for this purpose.
I am a long-term parker and have not received a parking card. What do I do now?

If you have not received a parking card, the only means of access to "your" car park is licence plate recognition. You should have received instructions for this by email. Please download the Q-Park app and log in using the login details you provided when booking. Your subscription will automatically be displayed in the app. Then add your licence plate number in the product. You can find detailed instructions here.
How can I cancel my season ticket?

You can cancel your season ticket informally in writing by post to the following address:

How long is the minimum contract period?

Normally, the minimum contract period is 3 months and the termination of your permanent parking space must be carried out with a notice period of two months.

However, there are also different regulations depending on the conclusion of the contract. For this reason, you will find your contract terms in your applicable GTC's.

What season ticket tariffs are there and how do they differ?

7x24 7 days a week around the clock parking in the selected parking facility

6x24 Monday to Saturday 24 hours a day parking

5x24 Monday to Friday 24 hours a day parking

Night&Weekend Mon. - Thurs. from 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. and Fri. 7 p.m. to Mon. 7 a.m. parking

Office Mon. - Fri. from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. parking in the selected parking facility

How can I make changes to my contract data?

Changes can either be made via the Customer Service Centre or you can make changes yourself in your "My Q-Park".
