As a holder of an after-work parking abonnement (particularly suitable for working residents), you benefit from a guaranteed parking space in “your” parking facility after work. The abonnement is valid from Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 09:00 on the following day and also at weekends.

When you sign an after-work contract, you will have the possibility of enter and exit with the Q-Park app and number plate recognition.

I am interested in a season ticket. How can I book one?
You can book a season ticket directly via our online shop. If no long-term parking product is available, you can be placed on the waiting list. Use the following contact form for this purpose.

I am a long-term parker and have not received a parking card. What do I do now?
If you have not received a parking card, the only means of access to "your" car park is licence plate recognition. You should have received instructions for this by email. Please download the Q-Park app and log in using the login details you provided when booking. Your subscription will automatically be displayed in the app. Then add your licence plate number in the product. You can find detailed instructions here.

How can I cancel my season ticket?
You can cancel your season ticket informally in writing by post to the following address:

How long is the minimum contract period?
Normally, the minimum contract period is 3 months and the termination of your permanent parking space must be carried out with a notice period of two months.
However, there are also different regulations depending on the conclusion of the contract. For this reason, you will find your contract terms in your applicable GTC's.

7x24 7 days a week around the clock parking in the selected parking facility
6x24 Monday to Saturday 24 hours a day parking
5x24 Monday to Friday 24 hours a day parking
Night&Weekend Mon. - Thurs. from 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. and Fri. 7 p.m. to Mon. 7 a.m. parking
Office Mon. - Fri. from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. parking in the selected parking facility
